Shrimp And Crab Enchiladas With Jalapeno Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
- ½ pound of cooked and peeled shrimp
- ½ pound of cooked and shredded crab meat

- 8-10 flour tortillas
- 2 cups of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can of green chilies, diced
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice

Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
