Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
3. Add in the crab meat, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, scallions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch baking dish.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
6. Serve hot with crackers or bread for dipping.
Tips:
- Use high-quality lump crab meat for best results.
- If you don't have scallions, you can use chopped chives instead.
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some Old Bay seasoning on top of the dip before baking.
- If you prefer a spicier dip, you can add some chopped jalapenos or red pepper flakes.
Variations:
- Instead of lump crab meat, you can use canned crab meat or imitation crab.
- You can substitute the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese with any other type of cheese that you prefer.
- For a vegetarian version, you can omit the crab meat and add some chopped spinach, artichokes, or roasted red peppers.
