  • 1 pound lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound salmon, skin removed and cut into small pieces

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add the white wine, crab meat, shrimp, salmon, and lobster to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
  5. Remove the seafood from the skillet and set aside. Reserve the skillet with the juices.
  6. In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  8. Spread a thin layer of the cream sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  9. Lay the lasagna noodles on top of the cream sauce, slightly overlapping each other.

  11. Add another layer of lasagna noodles, followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  12. Repeat these layers until you have used up all of the ingredients.
  13. Finish with a layer of mozzarella cheese on top.
  14. Pour the remaining cream sauce over the lasagna.
  15. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  16. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  17. Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before serving.
